Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in supply chain logistics operations or fulfillment within the CPG industry across ecommerce and/or brick-and-mortar retail
- Hands-on experience working with 3PL warehouses distribution centers and B2B order management
- Strong understanding of inventory management warehouse operations freight logistics and retailer order fulfillment
- Experience with ERP systems warehouse management systems and advanced Excel
- Data-driven approach with ability to analyze operational metrics identify trends and solve problems
- Ability to independently manage priorities in a fast-paced fully remote environment
- Experience diagnosing root causes and implementing practical solutions
- Effective communication and relationship-building with internal teams retailers warehouses and external partners
- Ability to travel up to 20% for physical inventory counts team offsites and special projects

Day to day
- Own key operational workstreams across outbound logistics retailer fulfillment and distribution center management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for distribution center partners and help ensure on-time order fulfillment across retail partners and sales channels
- Analyze operational data troubleshoot chargebacks and claims and improve processes tools and documentation to increase efficiency and reduce costs
