Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years shipping production ML/AI models
- Strong Python and SQL skills with custom feature-engineering pipelines
- Experience training and validating gradient-boosted or ensemble models with strict accuracy tolerances
- Experience leveraging LLMs foundation models and AI dev tools in production
- Experience with MLflow or comparable experiment tracking and model registry tools
- Comfortable owning AWS model-serving infrastructure including scaling and failure diagnosis
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines production workflows and IaC
- Pragmatic and focused on incremental delivery
Nice to have
- Startup experience
- Interest in trading cards
- Alternative asset knowledge
Day to day
- Own the end-to-end productization of pricing and underwriting models, turning raw card and market data into real-time Alt Value and cash advance terms.
- Build, tune, and deploy production-grade ML services that are accurate, fast, observable, and scalable on AWS.
- Collaborate with Expert Pricers to deepen trading-card domain understanding and translate market judgment into stronger model performance.
