Requirements
- Production ML experience with messy data graceful failure and monitoring
- Strong ML fundamentals with practical trade-off reasoning
- Client-facing deployment experience owning ML delivery end-to-end
- Strong Python programming skills including numpy and scikit-learn
- Daily use of AI development tools such as Claude Code Cursor or Copilot

Day to day
- Own end-to-end client ML launches from data validation through model selection, UAT, go-live, and post-launch monitoring
- Build and improve half-hourly demand forecasting systems across multiple restaurant chains in a complex, feedback-driven environment
- Work closely with clients and internal experts to understand operational reality and deliver predictions that drive better decisions in practice
