Requirements
- 8+ years leading operations in service-division environments focused on bookkeeping or similar
- Experience managing teams of 25+ including remote teams
- Proven ability to scale and reshape large service operations
- Strong leadership skills in a dynamic growth-oriented environment
- Demonstrated use of technology automation or AI to improve work at scale
- Proven experience improving efficiency or output quality through AI tools and automation
- Working understanding of bookkeeping services
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Accounting Finance or equivalent experience

Day to day
- Own the strategic roadmap for bookkeeping services and proactively anticipate customer needs and market shifts
- Reimagine bookkeeping delivery by identifying where AI automation and tooling can improve quality speed and scale
- Build and refine an operating model for month-end close reconciliation and quality control while leading a high-performing team
- Define KPIs and partner cross-functionally to improve service quality efficiency and customer satisfaction
