- 5+ years of progressive experience in administration business or organizational operations
- Strong project management skills to manage multiple initiatives and coordinate stakeholders
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented with the ability to balance day-to-day execution and longer-term planning
- Highly proficient with digital collaboration tools such as Google Workspace Zoom project management software and intranet platforms
- Experience developing implementing and improving administrative processes systems workflows or procedures
- Demonstrated ability to manage systems records documentation and information resources accurately and compliantly
- Exceptional written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience partnering effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to analyze operational challenges identify root causes and recommend practical solutions
- Demonstrated history of handling sensitive organizational information with confidentiality and professionalism
