Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of relevant IT engineering experience
  • 3+ years in formal leadership or management
  • Experience in a 100% cloud-native environment with no on-prem footprint
  • Expert-level Okta administration including SAML SCIM OIDC and Workflows
  • Experience administering Google Workspace and Microsoft O365
  • Deep knowledge of MDM systems such as Jamf and Intune
  • Knowledge of modern networking and physical security stacks such as Meraki and Verkada
  • Automation and scripting skills with Python Bash or APIs
  • Ability to document technical strategies and SOPs
  • Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced SaaS company or high-growth startup
