Day to day
- Builds and leads a new US-based data center operations organization focused on hyperscale pods in wholesale colocation facilities
- Drives operational excellence through rapid equipment deployment and reliable maintenance within strict SLA targets
- Manages Field Technician contractors and collaborates with third-party integrators and data center providers to support new deployments and ongoing operations
- Maintains inventory control spare parts coordination access list management staffing plans and 24x7 incident escalation coverage
