Requirements

  • 8+ years in software engineering DevOps or infrastructure roles
  • 5+ years managing engineering managers and or senior technical teams
  • Hands on experience building and operating CI CD pipelines for SaaS platforms
  • Strong experience with AWS and familiarity with Azure and GCP
  • Deep understanding of release engineering principles CI CD automation Infrastructure as Code and DevOps and SRE best practices
  • Experience supporting high availability distributed systems in production
  • Proven ability to improve reliability deployment safety and operational maturity
  • Excellent communication decision making and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands on experience with GitHub Actions GitLab CI Jenkins or Azure DevOps
  • Hands on experience with Terraform CloudFormation ARM Bicep Docker Kubernetes Helm LaunchDarkly CloudWatch Datadog Prometheus Grafana OpenTelemetry SAST DAST policy as code and secrets management

Day to day

  • Lead DevOps Infrastructure and Release Engineering teams across geographies while building a culture of ownership and high availability
  • Own the end to end release lifecycle including CI CD environment promotion and production deployment with a focus on repeatability observability and low risk
  • Partner with Product Engineering Quality Engineering Security and Operations to reduce release friction improve delivery speed and strengthen operational excellence
  • Provide technical leadership across cloud infrastructure observability automation and production readiness for a scalable SaaS platform
  • Drive incident readiness postmortems and systemic improvements that increase reliability deployment safety and recovery speed
