Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in software engineering DevOps or infrastructure roles
- At least 5 years managing engineering managers and or senior technical teams
- Hands-on experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines for SaaS platforms
- Strong experience with AWS and working knowledge of Azure and GCP
- Deep understanding of release engineering principles CI/CD automation infrastructure as code and DevOps and SRE best practices
- Experience supporting high-availability distributed systems in production
- Strong track record improving reliability deployment safety and operational maturity
- Excellent communication decision-making and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions GitLab CI Jenkins Azure DevOps Terraform CloudFormation ARM Bicep Docker Kubernetes Helm LaunchDarkly CloudWatch Datadog Prometheus Grafana OpenTelemetry SAST DAST policy as code and secrets management

Day to day
- Lead DevOps Infrastructure and Release Engineering teams to improve reliability scalability and safe delivery of SaaS platforms
- Own the end-to-end release lifecycle across CI/CD environment promotion and production deployment with a strong focus on repeatability observability auditability and low risk
- Partner with Product Engineering Quality Engineering Security and Operations to remove release friction reduce deployment risk and strengthen operational excellence
- Provide technical leadership across cloud infrastructure observability infrastructure as code security guardrails and production readiness while driving better DORA outcomes
