Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience including leading teams through complex technical and organizational challenges
- 4+ years of engineering management experience building healthy high-performing teams
- Experience developing iOS apps with Swift or managing teams that do so
- Experience shipping large-scale product initiatives with multiple cross-functional dependencies
- Strong product analytical and technical judgment with experience using experimentation and metrics to inform decisions
- Track record of coaching engineers managing performance and building a culture of trust ownership and high standards
- Strong communication skills and ability to align stakeholders and navigate ambiguity
- Experience in fast-paced high-growth environments where prioritization and adaptability matter
- Experience with modern software development workflows and tools including GitHub Jira and Confluence

Day to day
- Lead a high-impact engineering team focused on growth, experimentation, and measurable business results
- Partner with Product Design Analytics Marketing and engineering leaders to shape strategy prioritize the roadmap and deliver strong user experiences
- Manage mentor and grow engineers while guiding architecture improving engineering quality and building durable systems for acquisition onboarding conversion retention and monetization
