Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related technical field
- 8+ years of progressive software engineering architecture and distributed systems experience
- 3+ years of direct people management experience including managing managers or multiple teams
- Experience building scalable B2B SaaS or consumer-facing web applications
- Strong understanding of transactional or logistical systems
- Deep experience with AWS PostgreSQL Ruby on Rails Python TypeScript and JavaScript
- Familiarity with Slack GSuite Coupa and Jira
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Agile Scrum CI/CD optimization and relational database architecture
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Must be available for on-call escalations as needed

Day to day
- Lead multiple engineering squads and manage 10+ engineers and engineering managers, driving high performance and continuous learning
- Own architecture, development, and delivery of secure scalable software for digital pharmacy and API-driven fulfillment platforms
- Partner with Product Management Pharmacy Operations Design and QA to translate healthcare compliance needs into actionable technical roadmaps
- Champion engineering practices for HIPAA SOC2 security reliability and operational excellence across the domain
- Track engineering metrics lead incident response and manage budgets vendors and cloud costs to support sustainable scale
