Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with strong full stack web application development background
- 4+ years managing engineering teams including multiple concurrent teams or pods
- Experience shipping software across an agile SDLC with rapid iterative development
- Strong partnership skills with product management and business curiosity
- Full-range people management experience including coaching performance and hiring
- Technical grounding to give credible feedback on code and architecture
- Informed point of view on AI in software engineering
- Experience with Ruby on Rails and React is a plus

Day to day
- Lead one or more engineering pods and own day-to-day execution including sprint planning delivery and team health
