Requirements

- Direct familiarity with equity platforms like Shareworks and equity tax coordination
- Strong track record designing HRIS integrations optimizing workflows and removing manual touchpoints
- Deep knowledge of payroll controls financial audit readiness and tax implications in a high-growth company
- Demonstrated ability to manage and upskill a remote operational team while acting as a hands-on technical expert
- Ability to turn complex operational patterns into data-driven decisions that improve scaling efficiency

Day to day
- Own the end-to-end global payroll operating model across employees contractors EORs PEOs and local providers
- Manage and develop a team of 2–3 direct reports while maintaining strong execution standards
- Lead operational administration of employee equity in Shareworks including grant processing data updates and reconciliation
- Identify and implement automation workflows to reduce manual transfers recurring exceptions and data friction
- Partner with HR Technology IT and Finance to consolidate platforms improve reliability and strengthen compliance
