Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
- 7+ years in product operations launch management product management or program management
- At least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing full product launch lifecycle
- Strong cross-functional leadership and alignment skills
- Ability to identify manage risks and remove obstacles
- Excellent communication skills with senior leadership presentation experience
- Experience with enablement tools launch frameworks and agile methodologies is a plus

Day to day
- Lead the Enablement and Launch Management teams to support successful product launches.
- Build scalable launch management processes that align product, engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams.
- Drive organizational readiness by managing milestones, training, risks, and cross-functional execution for tiered product releases.
