Requirements

  • 6–8 years of program or project management experience in SaaS consulting or insurtech
  • Strong working knowledge of property & casualty insurance
  • Proven ability to lead client-facing cross-functional implementation programs from kickoff to delivery
  • Experience defining program strategy and phased delivery roadmaps
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with milestones scope and success criteria
  • Track record of building and maintaining client-facing project plans
  • Ability to align diverse stakeholders and manage expectations at all levels
  • Background in Agile SDLC and hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Strong communication relationship-building and executive update skills
  • Proficiency with Monday.com Jira Azure DevOps or comparable tools
  • Ability to work in a distributed remote-first team structure
  • High professionalism ownership attention to detail and emotional intelligence
  • Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment

Day to day

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding for new clients across multiple concurrent implementation programs, ensuring smooth delivery from kickoff to completion.
  • Define program strategy, phasing, sequencing, dependencies, and critical paths to turn business goals into clear delivery roadmaps.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communications to deliver measurable value, resolve risks early, and create a consistent client experience.
