Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in engineering management
- Experience managing multiple teams or 7+ engineers and leaders
- Ability to define and execute technical vision aligned to business strategy
- Strong experience leading distributed cloud based product development in Azure or AWS
- Familiarity with machine learning model deployment and lifecycle management
- Experience building or owning data pipelines at scale including indexing transformation or ETL workflows
- Deep understanding of CI/CD microservices and scalable architectures
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Ability to synthesize complex technical information for leadership and cross functional audiences

Day to day
- Lead and scale the AI Search engineering team to build next generation intelligent search capabilities for legal professionals.
- Own embedding models and indexing pipelines that enable semantic search across the NetDocuments platform.
- Set engineering strategy and roadmap while partnering with Product Architecture Data Science and vertical teams to deliver secure reliable production systems.
