Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry Engineering Materials Science or related field
- Required advanced degree is a plus
- 5+ years in technical engineering or product development environments
- 3+ years in advanced deposition or semiconductor new product development preferred
- Expert knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes and advanced deposition chemistry engineering and manufacturing
- Required direct experience with technical projects and engineering workflows
- Strong project management skills including risk assessment conflict management stakeholder management and project closure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 10-25%

Day to day
- Own technical workstreams and drive project execution across multiple stakeholders.
- Provide decision support to ensure performance quality and reliability goals are met.
- Lead a team of TPMs while improving processes tools and cross-functional alignment.
