Requirements
- 10+ years in software engineering or quality engineering
- 4+ years leading engineering teams
- Experience leading test platform SDET SRE or DevOps teams in SaaS
- Proven shift-left testing transformation experience
- Strong technical background in Python Java or Go
- Hands-on test automation experience across API contract and UI E2E
- Experience with performance and load testing
- Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Deep understanding of distributed systems microservices and multi-tenant architectures
- Experience partnering with SRE DevOps on deployment observability and incident response
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Day to day
- Lead the shift-left quality transformation across Storable’s engineering organization and set the strategy for testing earlier in the SDLC.
- Build and operate enterprise-scale test platforms and enablement programs that improve automation, reliability, and speed for multi-tenant SaaS products.
- Partner with product, platform, SRE, security, and engineering leaders to drive adoption of new practices, coach teams, and remove blockers to quality at scale.
