Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in mechanical engineering or related field with 8-10 years relevant experience, or 12-14 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience in dry HVAC systems
- Strong knowledge of air handling systems air conditioning units variable air volume units and cleanroom recirculation air and exhaust systems
- Working knowledge of ISO 14644 standards IEST cleanroom standards ASHRAE SMACNA and IMC
- Experience with 3D model and BIM tools including Revit and Navisworks for HVAC duct layouts supports and controls
- Ability to troubleshoot field or job site issues and provide clear instruction for resolution
- Ability to manage conflicting deadlines frequent interruptions and multiple tasks
- Experience in semiconductor pharma or AI datacenter projects is an added advantage

Day to day
- Conduct field investigations and client interviews to define mechanical work scope and estimate project costs
- Lead the design development modification and evaluation of HVAC and mechanical components and processes
- Coordinate with internal teams clients vendors contractors and construction groups to deliver compliant project solutions
- Provide technical guidance troubleshoot field issues and mentor junior mechanical team members
