Requirements
- 5+ years administering M365 and Azure enterprise environments
- 2+ years leading hands-on tenant-to-tenant M&A migrations
- Deep expertise in Exchange Online SharePoint Online OneDrive for Business Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Entra ID
- Proven experience with migration tools such as Quest BitTitan ShareGate or Microsoft cross-tenant tools
- Strong understanding of DNS SAML 2.0 OAuth SSO MFA Conditional Access and hybrid identity topologies
- Advanced PowerShell scripting for discovery bulk operations and reporting
- Broad technical knowledge across Windows macOS endpoints network infrastructure and IT service management

Day to day
- Lead tenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 and Entra ID migration projects for M&A integrations, ensuring smooth cutovers and minimal downtime.
- Administer and optimize Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, including security controls, identity governance, licensing, endpoint management, and cloud infrastructure.
- Provide Tier 2/3 escalation support across cloud, network, identity, and application issues while documenting architecture, runbooks, and operational playbooks.
