- 8+ years of mobile development experience in native iOS Android and or React Native
- Experience with BLE sensor integration or health data streams
- Product mindset with strong focus on UX edge cases and performance
- Familiarity with TypeScript React Native Swift Kotlin Expo and GitHub
- Strong communication skills and comfort in async collaborative environments

Day to day
- Develop cross-platform React Native mobile applications and native iOS and Android BLE SDKs for EEG headbands and wearables.
- Design and implement intuitive UX workflows for clinical trial participants and at-home diagnostic patients.
- Own app performance reliability observability and user experience while collaborating with Devices Platform and Product teams.
