Requirements
- +3 years of proven native mobile development experience with Android and Kotlin
- Hands-on experience migrating or modernizing mobile applications in brownfield environments
- Strong React Native expertise including TypeScript hooks React Navigation and global state management
- Experience with local storage and offline-first synchronization strategies
- Experience integrating REST APIs distributed architectures and OAuth2 OIDC JWT or Cognito authentication
- Familiarity with cloud environments ideally AWS including API Gateway Lambda S3 and CloudWatch
- Experience configuring mobile CI/CD pipelines and testing with Jest and React Native Testing Library
- Advanced technical English for documentation architecture specs and code repositories

Day to day
- Lead the end-to-end migration of a native Android app to a unified React Native ecosystem using a brownfield and strangler fig approach.
- Design and document modular architectural decisions, keeping the codebase resilient, maintainable, and aligned with monorepo type contracts.
- Build offline-first mobile experiences with robust synchronization, secure AWS integrations, and strong performance in industrial environments.
- Collaborate closely with technical leaders, backend engineers, QA, and Scrum ceremonies while performing thorough code reviews and supporting high-quality delivery.
