- Strong context-switching skills across multiple projects and teams
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions
- Track record of mentoring engineers and improving teams

Day to day
- Build and ship high-quality Flutter applications for iOS and Android

- Support customers and field technicians by troubleshooting issues using observability tools and driving root cause analysis across the stack
