Requirements
- 4+ years of production mobile engineering experience with React Native or Flutter
- Strong cross-platform discipline with understanding of shared versus platform-native tradeoffs
- Experience consuming REST and FHIR APIs from mobile including pagination error handling token refresh and offline caching
- AWS Cognito or equivalent identity and auth integration in a mobile context
- HIPAA-aware mobile development with secure local storage and PHI handling constraints
- App Store and Google Play deployment experience including signing phased rollouts and rejection handling
- Experience working with an offshore or distributed engineering team

Day to day
- Own and evolve the patient-facing mobile app across iOS and Android from a shared codebase
- Establish architecture standards and act as the domain authority for the mobile layer
- Build and refine onboarding intake clinical UX push notifications deep linking and offline-tolerant state handling
- Consume FHIR R4 data from AWS HealthLake integrate Canvas Medical portal data and support CI/CD release management
