Requirements
- 5+ years shipping production mobile applications
- Strong experience in at least one mobile framework such as Flutter or React Native
- Familiarity with native platforms iOS and/or Android
- Experience working across more than one mobile environment or quickly ramping across new frameworks and languages
- Proven ability to lead mobile architecture and deliver secure production-grade systems
- Experience integrating mobile applications with backend services and APIs
- Solid understanding of mobile security concepts including secure storage key management and authentication flows
- Strong engineering fundamentals with willingness to contribute beyond mobile when needed
- Excellent communication skills and direct customer-facing experience
- Based in the US and able to work with state government partners

Day to day
- Lead the design and development of secure mobile applications for public-sector and enterprise partners across native and cross-platform environments.
- Translate customer and policy needs into production-ready technical solutions that integrate mobile clients with backend identity services and cryptographic libraries.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor during pilots launches and deployments while supporting debugging operational needs and ongoing customer success.
