Requirements
- 5+ years of mobile engineering with deep React Native experience
- Led a React Native app from greenfield to production or owned a major migration or re-architecture end to end
- Shipped and maintained apps in the App Store and Play Store
- Set architecture and patterns for a mobile codebase others build on
- Strong cross-platform skills across iOS and Android
- Hands-on experience with Metro and or Re.Pack
- Experience with Expo managed and or bare workflow
- Familiarity with React Native OTA mechanisms
- Comfortable owning mobile CI/CD release automation and testing
- Strong async communication in a fully remote environment

Day to day
- Lead the React Native development of the AI Platform for iOS and Android, shaping a production-quality mobile experience.
- Own the end-to-end mobile architecture across state management, navigation, native integrations, APIs, and real-time communication.
- Contribute to Zephyr Cloud by improving React Native OTA updates, Metro-based workflows, and the developer experience for mobile deployments.
