Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science data science information science business or related field required
- 4+ years of IT experience in systems programming and development
- Required experience developing native iOS applications using Swift
- Proven experience delivering mobile applications through the Apple App Store or enterprise distribution channels
- Strong experience with SwiftUI and modern architecture such as MVVM Dependency Injection and component-based design
- Experience building modular scalable and maintainable mobile application architectures
- Experience contributing to shared Swift Packages using Swift Package Manager
- Experience building reusable SwiftUI component libraries design systems or shared UI frameworks
- Strong understanding of Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and platform design principles
- Experience implementing accessibility features including VoiceOver Dynamic Type semantic controls accessible navigation and accessibility testing
- Experience implementing localization and internationalization for multi-language applications
- Experience with GraphQL RESTful APIs Azure cloud-based services and mobile backend integrations
- Experience with Swift Concurrency async await structured concurrency and multithreaded development
- Experience with application performance optimization memory management and debugging tools
- Proficiency with Git source control workflows and branching strategies
- Experience with Azure DevOps including work items pull requests CI/CD pipelines and automated build/deployment processes
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with business stakeholders
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver high-quality solutions
- Experience implementing automated testing strategies using Swift Testing XCTest unit integration and UI testing
- Experience implementing secure mobile application development practices including authentication authorization secure data storage and API security
- Experience utilizing analytics crash reporting logging and application monitoring tools
- Experience mentoring developers and driving technical improvements within development teams
- Experience in SDLC methodologies including Agile Waterfall and CI/CD
- Experience in software systems design and maintenance
- Experience working with business stakeholders to identify and document requirements

Day to day
- Design and develop high-quality native iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI
- Translate business requirements wireframes and UX designs into accessible localized and scalable mobile solutions
- Collaborate across backend product QA and design teams to deliver reliable performant and maintainable app experiences
- Investigate complex production issues optimize code and support release readiness monitoring and on-call activities
- Mentor teammates through code reviews technical guidance and best practices while contributing to engineering excellence
