Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Database including SQL performance and troubleshooting
  • Expertise in data validation and reconciliation between Sybase and Oracle
  • Proficiency in MxTest automation including test creation enhancement and maintenance
  • Capability to run and troubleshoot EOD chains within QA environments using Tidal scheduler
  • Strong debugging skills for test failures and batch execution issues
  • Competency in defect management using Jira and Zephyr
  • Flexibility to work across time zones

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Murex platform
  • Knowledge of Sybase to Oracle migration programmes

Day to day

  • Support testing and migration activities from Sybase to Oracle with a focus on test execution and automation
  • Create enhance and maintain MxTest automation while running and troubleshooting EOD chains across QA environments
  • Perform data reconciliation manage defects and coordinate closely with environment teams to optimise execution and triage failures
