What the job involves

• The project would involve working to automate billing processes
• The client has purchased and merged with another organization that has very manual billing processes
• The right resource would work with a PM/BA and a strong ETL developer
• Automation to allow for faster (with high accuracy) service to payment through streamlined invoicing process
• ETL work to integrate data between company #1 / and company #2 where needed
• Develop a reconciliation program in .Net as well as reporting capabilities
• Invoice as soon as the clinic provides service
• Invoice client based upon clinic-negotiated pricing
• Be able to invoice electronically via email (automated?)
• Potentially have an Auto Approve Option with Gap/Tolerance review against previous invoicing/pricing to assure minimal billing variances
• Easily update pricing changes (again clinics must provide 90 day pricing change notices)
• Eventual move from Beanworks to Navision (note – financials will continue to be separate so there will be 2 instances – Navision (current) on the #1 company side and future state Navision on #2 company side
