Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise software development experience
- Strong expertise in C#
- Very strong working knowledge of VB.NET
- Advanced SQL development experience including tuning and indexing
- Hands-on experience with Git-based source control and Azure DevOps or TFS
- Experience mentoring developers and guiding technical growth
- Ability to lead technical discussions and make sound engineering decisions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent practical experience

Day to day
- Lead enterprise application development from design through delivery with strong attention to quality and performance
- Provide hands-on technical leadership by mentoring developers reviewing code and guiding implementation choices
- Modernize and maintain VB.NET and C# systems while improving scalability reliability and technical debt
- Develop optimize and support SQL queries stored procedures integrations and release readiness activities
