Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering Operations or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in operations analysis process improvement program/project support or related role
- Experience supporting Engineering Construction Network or Infrastructure organizations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools especially Excel PowerPoint and Word
- Experience with dashboards and reporting tools preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels

Day to day
- Support Engineering & Construction teams with operational analysis and process improvement across planning design build and close-out phases
- Analyze complex end-to-end workflows to identify inefficiencies risks and opportunities for scalable standardized improvements
- Develop track and report on KPIs dashboards and performance metrics while translating findings into clear executive-level recommendations
- Partner across Engineering Construction Program Management and Operations Excellence to support change management training and special projects
