Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years in change management operations support and process improvement
- Experience in CRO pharmaceutical or biotechnology drug development
- Strong understanding of drug development and related functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint and Teams
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidance
- Strong interpersonal and training skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Understanding of change management models such as ADKAR and change radars
- Flexible attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Day to day
- Plans and manages operational improvement initiatives to enhance quality efficiency and effectiveness in study delivery to Sponsors
- Evaluates business processes workflows and change impacts to identify opportunities for automation standardization and continuous improvement
- Partners with stakeholders and leadership to design implement and monitor new processes communication plans metrics dashboards and mitigation actions
