Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years in change management operations support and process improvement
- Experience in CRO pharmaceutical or biotechnology drug development
- Strong drug development experience with understanding of relevant functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint and Teams
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidance
- Strong interpersonal and training skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Understanding of change management models such as ADKAR and change radars
- Flexible attitude in a fast paced dynamic environment

Day to day
- Plan and manage operational improvement initiatives that enhance quality efficiency and effectiveness across study delivery to sponsors.
- Develop and implement process improvements change management plans standards and operational plans in collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Support business and operational excellence activities including workflow analysis root cause problem solving documentation metrics training and adoption of new processes.
