Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as Order Management Specialist, preferably in a senior role
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce and finance ERP platforms
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Comfort with ambiguity, and an ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- Experience implementing and optimizing order management processes

- Oversee and optimize the end-to-end order management process within the Salesforce and finance ERP platforms
