Who you are
6+ years of proven experience in outbound recruitment preferably within SaaS or high-growth tech environments
Strong proficiency in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn job boards and other recruitment tools
Ability to manage multiple open roles and work independently in a fast-paced high-volume environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on building strong relationships
Familiarity with ATS systems Greenhouse preferred and ability to leverage data for recruitment optimization
Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines
A proactive mindset with a passion for seeking out new talent and building strong candidate relationships

What the job involves
Lead efforts in sourcing and securing top-tier leadership talent focusing on director-level to C-suite positions Leverage LinkedIn and non-LinkedIn channels including cold calls emails social media and industry networks to identify and attract off-market candidates
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates industry leaders and key communities
Create and maintain a robust talent pool from outbound recruitment and networking efforts ensuring a ready supply of candidates for high-volume and leadership roles
Develop and implement standard operating procedures SOPs for outbound recruitment ensuring they are scalable and can drive ROI within the first 90 days
