Requirements
- 4–6 years of progressive hands-on experience processing complex multi-state US payroll with end-to-end ownership
- Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience with modern payroll and HCM platforms such as ADP Workday HCM UKG or similar enterprise systems
- Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills including complex formulas VLOOKUP XLOOKUP pivot tables and large-dataset reconciliation
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with HRIS Equity Stock Administration Accounting Tax Benefits and Legal on payroll-impacting work

Day to day
- Own end-to-end execution of recurring US and Canadian payroll cycles with precision, including audits reconciliations variance analysis and reporting
- Lead medium-to-high complexity payroll initiatives from scoping through delivery while partnering across People Ops People Tech Equity Benefits Accounting Tax Legal and vendors
- Act as a process owner by diagnosing root causes designing scalable solutions and translating payroll pain points into clear requirements and improvements
- Support equity-to-payroll workflows drive compliance and audit readiness and contribute to the long-term evolution of a technology-enabled payroll function
