- Track record of resolving complex payroll issues independently with root cause analysis and process improvement outcomes
- Proficiency in Google Workspace Slack Atlassian tools including Jira and Apple products
- Fluency with cloud-native data environments such as Snowflake Databricks or BigQuery and governance capabilities

Day to day
- Lead end-to-end biweekly U.S. payroll processing for salaried and hourly employees with precision and accountability
- Compile and validate payroll inputs from multiple sources while ensuring accuracy completeness and compliance before each cycle
- Resolve employee payroll inquiries quickly in Jira performing root cause analysis and driving workflow improvements
- Partner closely with HR Finance Accounting and Legal to support payroll changes timecard reconciliation and scalable operations
