Requirements
- 5–7 years of US payroll operations experience in multi-state multi-entity environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance Accounting HR or related field
- Strong experience with ADP platforms including Enterprise eTime Smart Compliance and Reporting
- Advanced knowledge of US payroll regulations at federal state and local levels
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end payroll processes with accountability
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced evolving environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Day to day
- Process end-to-end US payroll across multiple pay groups and legal entities with strong accuracy and compliance
- Validate payroll data reconcile discrepancies and resolve issues before final output
- Support Workday and ADP payroll operations including troubleshooting complex pay components and audit-ready documentation
