Requirements

  • 5–7 years of US payroll operations experience in multi-state multi-entity environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance Accounting HR or related field
  • Strong experience with ADP platforms including Enterprise eTime Smart Compliance and Reporting
  • Advanced knowledge of US payroll regulations at federal state and local levels
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end payroll processes with accountability
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced evolving environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Day to day
