  • Strong People Operations experience within a technology or B2B SaaS environment
  • Excellent HR systems knowledge such as HiBob Rippling BambooHR Personio Workday or similar
  • Strong Excel and data analysis capability
  • Experience producing dashboards and People insights
  • Exposure to payroll administration
  • A passion for improving processes and building scalable operations
  • A proactive hands-on mindset with the confidence to work autonomously

Day to day

  • Lead People Operations across the full employee lifecycle in a fast-growing technology business
  • Own and improve HR systems, data integrity, payroll operations, performance management and compliance processes
  • Partner closely with the Head of People and wider team to build scalable ways of working, insightful dashboards and stronger employee experience
