What the job involves

• Handle external correspondence for the Director-General
• Manage and monitor email correspondence ensuring timely replies
• Schedule high-level meetings for the Director-General
• Provide cover to Divisional Secretaries on an ad hoc basis
• Support the Senior Administrative Officer in office management
• Implement new administrative processes
• Undertake factual research and support resource management
• Support the Director-General during conferences and events
