Requirements
- 6+ years of platform infrastructure or DevOps engineering experience focused on enabling development teams
- Deep experience with Kubernetes including cluster design workload management RBAC networking and operations
- Strong Infrastructure as Code skills with Terraform and scalable module and state management practices
- Hands-on cloud experience ideally GCP across networking IAM compute storage and managed services
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions ArgoCD or Flux and understanding GitOps principles
- Proficiency in Python for platform development instrumentation or observability work
- Experience designing observability stacks including logging metrics alerting and tracing
- Ability to communicate clearly with non-platform engineers and translate infrastructure needs
Day to day
- Design and evolve the Internal Developer Platform to create self-service paved roads for product teams.
- Build scalable cloud infrastructure on GCP using Kubernetes and managed services with a strong focus on security reliability and cost efficiency.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows while reducing operational toil and partnering with engineering teams to speed up delivery.
