Requirements
- Fluent in modern CI/CD and its core principles
- Strong software engineering skills in Go and automation
- Experience building end-to-end developer journeys across local dev builds tests and deploys
- Hands-on Kubernetes experience at meaningful scale
- Solid infrastructure and networking fundamentals including TCP UDP HTTP TLS DNS and Linux
- Ability to troubleshoot systems under load and improve platform reliability
- Strong partnership mindset with product engineering teams

Day to day
- Design and maintain CI/CD systems that power a smooth developer journey from local development to production deployment
- Improve build speed reliability observability and debuggability across a polyglot monorepo and Kubernetes environment
- Partner closely with product engineers to uncover friction points co-design workflows and deliver durable developer productivity tools
