Requirements
- 8+ years in consulting transformation or performance excellence roles
- Minimum 5 years hands-on P&C insurance experience
- Experience across at least two of Claims Operations Commercial Underwriting Policy Servicing or Distribution
- Proven ability to design target operating models and lead end-to-end transformation programs
- Experience owning technology prioritization and ROI decision-making
- Comfortable presenting to C-suite and Board-level stakeholders
- Lean or Six Sigma Green or Black Belt or equivalent
- Exposure to intelligent automation and AI-driven transformation
- Strong Excel Power BI Tableau or equivalent skills
- Process mapping tool experience
- Familiarity with P&C core systems is an advantage
