Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or similar role at a tech company
- Hands-on experience designing and running A/B tests at scale
- Experience setting up experimentation frameworks and analytics best practices ideally from scratch
- Proficient in SQL and able to write complex queries independently
- Experience creating dashboards with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker
- Experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude
- Strong communication skills to translate data into product recommendations
- Proactive resourceful and comfortable working in ambiguity
- Startup or fast-paced environment experience

Day to day
- Partner closely with product managers engineers and designers to guide decisions across the product lifecycle using data
- Design and run A/B tests end-to-end including hypotheses sample sizing monitoring analysis and clear recommendations
- Build the experimentation framework from scratch and define best practices for how experiments are designed run and learned from across app website and partner portal
- Analyze user behavior and product metrics to uncover optimization opportunities in activation monetization and retention
- Define track and communicate key product metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve the customer experience
- Help build a strong data culture by teaching the team how to interpret results and make evidence-based decisions
