Day to day
- Contribute to high-level strategic decisions around product design and development
- Establish and articulate design systems standards, usage guidelines, and best practices
- Provide design feedback that advocates for users and pushes the quality bar
- Ship with speed and consistency while balancing immediate needs and future vision
- Manage and develop a team of designers
- Collaborate with PM and Engineering Leads to ensure a cohesive system
