Requirements
- 5+ years in a UX, UI or Product Design role
- Experience with Android and iOS native functionality
- Holistic approach to design from high-level strategy to small details
- Self-starter comfortable defining, scoping and designing new opportunities
- Excellent communication skills
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with Figma
Nice to have
- Experience building products 0-to-1 in a startup
- Passion for motion design related to interaction
- Understanding of HTML, CSS and JS
- Experience in telehealth, pharma, or healthcare
Day to day
- Drive the design of the Hims & Hers App user experience in collaboration with Design, Product Management, and Engineering
- Design intuitive user-focused experiences that simplify complex logic through flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes
- Participate in customer research to understand user needs and apply insights to create elegant, empathetic solutions that elevate the standard of care
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate complex problems and ensure alignment throughout project lifecycle
