Who you are

• 5+ years in a UX, UI or Product Design role
• Experience with Android and iOS native functionality
• Holistic approach to design from high-level strategy to small details
• Self-starter comfortable defining, scoping and designing new opportunities
• Excellent communication skills
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments
• Proficiency with Figma

Desirables

• Experience building products 0-to-1 in a startup
• Passion for motion design related to interaction
• Understanding of HTML, CSS and JS
• Experience in telehealth, pharma, or healthcare

What the job involves

• Drive the design of the Hims & Hers App user experience in collaboration with Design, Product Management, and Engineering
• Design intuitive user-focused experiences that simplify complex logic through flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes
• Participate in customer research to understand user needs and apply insights to create elegant, empathetic solutions that elevate the standard of care
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate complex problems and ensure alignment throughout project lifecycle
