Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of Product Design industry experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven user-centered design workflow
- Experience shipping high-quality features and/or tools systematically
- Portfolio demonstrating clean and usable designs
- Understanding of visual design, typography, color, and hierarchy
- Experience with design and research methodologies
- Experience working in SaaS products or application software in a fast-paced environment

Day to day
- Support the end-to-end Ad Tools Experience Ecosystem connecting our internal and external teams
- Engage with various teams to understand their needs and design products to unlock their potential
- Own design discovery and delivery for multiple product areas or a very large, complex area with minimal oversight
- Collaborate on end-to-end project delivery including discovery, design, testing, and reviews
- Guide junior designers on projects and assess critical design feedback
