• Understanding of visual design, typography, color, and hierarchy
• Experience with design and research methodologies
• Experience working in SaaS products or application software in a fast-paced environment

What the job involves

• Support the end-to-end Ad Tools Experience Ecosystem connecting our internal and external teams
• Engage with various teams to understand their needs and design products to unlock their potential
• Own design discovery and delivery for multiple product areas or a very large, complex area with minimal oversight
• Collaborate on end-to-end project delivery including discovery, design, testing, and reviews
• Guide junior designers on projects and assess critical design feedback
