Requirements
- Hands-on experience using Claude Claude Design Figma Make Figma Design Agent or similar AI tools
- Proven ability to design and deliver exceptional product experiences for web and mobile applications
- Strong design judgment executional excellence and AI-native workflows
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles information architecture interaction design and typography
- Experience in motion design or micro-interactions
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling design systems and design governance
- Advanced expert-level proficiency in Figma including variables auto-layout advanced prototyping and component libraries
- Basic understanding of front-end development HTML CSS React
- Benefits administration experience and/or user research and testing experience is a plus

Day to day
- Lead end-to-end product design for strategic initiatives within an AI-enabled development lifecycle and turn complex requirements into scalable experience frameworks
- Partner with Product Engineering Research and Enablement teams to guide AI-assisted workflows and provide human oversight for intuitive accessible consistent experiences
- Own and evolve the design system while championing WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility and ensuring reusable UI patterns that engineering teams can implement reliably
- Use AI tools to accelerate research ideation prototyping and delivery while reviewing outputs to maintain quality usability and trust
- Lead critiques coach teammates and help shape design standards that support responsible AI and user-centered product strategy
