Requirements
- 5–7 years designing B2B SaaS products in enterprise or complex workflow environments
- Strong proficiency in Figma Storybook and Chromatic with component libraries variants and design system management
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools especially Claude Code and Claude Design into daily workflow with examples
- Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies and can plan and execute studies independently
- Functional understanding of HTML CSS and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with engineers and prototype interactions
- Comfort with ambiguity and bias toward action making decisions with imperfect information
- Strong communication skills to present and defend design decisions to cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset to establish best practices in a fast-moving resource-constrained environment
- Understanding of accessibility standards WCAG AA and inclusive design principles
- Experience working in agile product development environments

Day to day
- Shape the user experience of an AI-powered enterprise procurement platform used every day by large teams.
- Translate complex procurement workflows into elegant wireframes prototypes and high fidelity designs that are intuitive and scalable.
- Partner closely with product managers engineers researchers and customers to define problems explore solutions and deliver polished product experiences.
