Requirements
- 4–6+ years of product design experience with a strong end-to-end portfolio
- Background in 0-to-1 product work or early-stage startups
- Ability to simplify complex information-dense workflows
- Experience in healthtech diagnostics or regulated clinical environments
- Highly proficient in Figma including prototyping and design systems
- AI-native workflow with strong use of AI tools
- Experience designing for both web and mobile
- Deep empathy for users engaging with sensitive information
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- NHS workflow familiarity
- EHR system familiarity
- Accessibility awareness
- Regulated product experience
Day to day
- Own end-to-end product design across key healthcare product areas, from early wireframes to polished production-ready interfaces.
- Translate complex clinical logic, AI outputs, and data-heavy workflows into clear, accessible, human-centred experiences.
- Lead or support user research and synthesise clinician and patient feedback to improve journeys and reduce friction.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Clinicians, Customer Success, and Marketing to ship high-quality experiences.
